Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed the traditional Turkish cuisine. Our Turkish family felt like they were back in Istanbul. Chef Meze was extremely professional. He arrived early to set-up, made sure everything was hot and ready at the exact time we agreed upon, and took time to thoroughly clean up after.
